BOARD MOVING TO NEW LOCATION!! On Saturday, May, 17, 2008 the Board will move to Room # 308 in the Metro West Building located at 4201 Patterson Avenue. The staff will not have immediate access to telephones, E-mail and fax on Monday, May 19, 2008 . We will respond to all telephone calls and E-mails as soon as possible.REMEMBER to renew your license on line you will logon with your license number and enter the last four digits of your Social Security number for your password. Meetings of the Board are held at 4:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month at DHMH on Patterson Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting. Please contact the Board office for meeting room and directions.
